Culinary Experiences

We're pretty obsessed with food here - the good kind, made from stuff that was literally growing in the ground or living on a nearby farm yesterday. Our chef's got this thing about knowing where every ingredient comes from, and honestly, you can taste the difference.

Seasonal menus that change based on what's actually available. Breakfast with eggs from chickens you could probably go visit. Dinner featuring vegetables harvested that morning. It's not pretentious, just really, really good food.

Private dining where the chef actually comes out and tells you the story behind each dish. Limited to 8 guests max, wine pairings included, and yeah, it's worth splurging on at least once during your stay.

Learn to make stuff you'll actually cook at home. Our chef teaches you techniques, not just recipes. Plus you get to eat everything afterward, which is obviously the best part.

Summer means long table dinners in the meadow with string lights and mountain views. Fall brings fireside BBQs. Winter? Fondue nights in heated domes. We make the most of every season.

Outdoor Adventures

This is where things get fun. We're surrounded by some of the most incredible wilderness in BC, and we've spent years figuring out the best ways to explore it.
